Weight loss

   From now until August I am going to concentrate on losing weight and keeping fit. I am going to do this by going on the Biggest Loser Challenge Wii game every day and watching how much food I eat during the day. My problem with food is snacking on unhealthy things like chocolate, crisps and sweets. To myself snacking on the wrong things I need to start snacking the right things like fruit or if I what to keep my mouth busy chew sugar free chewing gum. From August if I reach my goal weight I will maintain that weight till I die.
