Above are more of my designs for the University Centre. 

More University Centre again

I realised that you can't enter the University Centre from the outside without a special card. So I got rid of the extra arrow and using free transform flipped the remaining arrow the opposite way so it was facing the direction that the main entrance to the college is.

 Above I have decorated the University Centre in orange and blue.

Above I have used the colours lilac and silver because they are the colours that are used in the Library.
